Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our services and generating sales through telephone calls. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to promote our services
  • Identify and qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Provide information and answer questions about our services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Enter and update customer information in the database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
