Co-ordination with process team and other stakeholders of plant operation and maintenance team. Reliability of equipment and its maintenance. Ensure maximum output with optimum resources. Compliance of all safety standards. Compliance of WCM/ISO and other integrated Management Systems. Budgeting activities & inventory management of cement mills & its related equipment. Focus on people development for their skill and knowledge up gradation by providing practical on the job trainings.  Knowledge of troubleshooting and SAP. Good Communication skill with positive approach. Creative Thinking about improvement jobs and improvements of system
