JobSummary:

Weare seeking an experiencedLeadTalendDeveloperto oversee data integration ETL (Extract Transform Load) processesand data pipeline development. The successful candidate will designand implement complex data workflows using Talend Data Integrationand related technologies while leading a team of developers. Thisrole will require strong expertise in Talend advanced ETLdevelopment skills and the ability to manage projects and mentorjuniordevelopers.



RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

  • LeadETLDevelopment:

    • Designdevelop and deploy complex ETL solutions using Talend DataIntegration.
    • Createdata mappings workflows and transformations to support datamigration andreporting.
    • Overseethe integration of diverse data sources ensuring data qualityconsistency andperformance.

  • ProjectLeadership &Collaboration:

    • Leada team of Talend developers guiding them through the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle(SDLC).
    • Collaboratewith data architects analysts and business stakeholders tounderstand requirements and provide technicalsolutions.
    • Ensuretimely delivery of ETL solutions managing project timelines andtaskprioritization.

  • Optimization&Maintenance:

    • MonitorETL processes for performance troubleshooting and resolving issuesproactively.
    • OptimizeTalend jobs for scalability performance and operationalefficiency.
    • Maintainand support existing ETL pipelines and datainfrastructure.

  • Mentoring& BestPractices:

    • Mentorjunior team members providing technical guidance and fostering acollaborative teamenvironment.
    • Establishbest practices for Talend development including version controlerror handling andlogging.
    • Staycurrent with industry trends and new features in Talendrecommending improvements whereapplicable.
RequiredSkills &Qualifications:
  • TechnicalExpertise:
    • 7years of experience in ETL development with at least 3 yearsspecifically using Talend DataIntegration.
    • Proficiencyin Talend Studio Talend Cloud and Talend Big Datasolutions.
    • StrongSQL and database skills (e.g. Oracle SQL Server MySQLPostgreSQL).
    • Experiencewith cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and datalakes.
    • Knowledgeof data warehousing concepts including star/snowflake schemadesign.
    • Experiencewith scripting languages (e.g. Python Java) is aplus.
  • Leadership&Communication:
    • Experienceleading teams mentoring developers and managing projectdeliverables.
    • Strongproblemsolving and analyticalskills.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interactwith technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
