  • Calendar management for Csuite
  • Assisting CEO into his daytodayactivates
  • Managing all work assigned by the CEOpersonal and professional.
  • Aid executive inpreparing for meetings
  • Draft slides meetingnotes and documents for executives
  • Takingcharge of tasks with loyalty toward the organization and fullresponsibility for the completion of the assignedtask
  • Submit timely reports and preparepresentations/proposals as assigned toyou.
  • Preparing organizing and storinginformation in paper and digital form
  • Arrangingposts and deliveries taking followups etc.
  • Maintenance of office infrastructure andsanitization
  • Liaising with staff in otherdepartments e.g. finance HR and assisting colleagues whenevernecessary.
  • Coordinating office activities andoperations to secure efficiency and compliance to companypolicies
  • Supervising administrative staff anddividing responsibilities to ensureperformance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/accommodations/ appointments etc.
  • Manage phonecalls and correspondence (email letters packagesetc.)
  • Tracking and mongering the budgeting ofadministration dept.
  • Track stocks of office andwarehouse supplies and place orders when necessary and liaise withcontractors
  • Make required arrangements for anyofficial Events and coordinate regarding thesame.
  • Administer in daytoday officeactivities.
  • Verify and coordinate with accountsdept regs claims and bills given by another dept.
