Program Manager- Media

Ensure product/Service delivery asper committed milestones within budget; meet and manage customerdelivery expectations

Responsibilities:

Working experience and proven track record with at least 5years in Program Management and Systems Integration in Media domainpreferred in OTT platform

Planning & Organization

Build and maintain project plans and milestones incollaboration with the Program and project team

Organize and review detailed planning in collaborationwith various Product Project team and Customers

Project Execution

Ensure the agreed program/project plan is delivered ontime on a budget or subject to only controlled and agreeddeviations

Coordinate development betweenProduct Project test or other dependent projects

Lead various teams to define priorities & organizeproblemsolving with the respective Team Leads

Organize & check project deliveries against agreedacceptance criteria and decide on GoNo go for User AcceptanceTesting (UAT)

Act as the key delivery interfacewith the customer/s and collaborate with them periodically based onspecific project needs

Work seamlessly with thedelivery and practice teams based in India and other geographies

Responsible for risk management and mitigationactions

ProjectMonitoring

Organize and leadprogram or project review meetings

Managemonitor and report budget costs per project

Management of program/project risks evaluate all risksrelated to the project and defined mitigation plans

Management of delay: evaluate impact propose alternatives(in collaboration with product and project team)

Problem analysis and corrective actions proposal to avoidrepetition of such a situation

Communication

Produce project reports to stakeholders Internal andexternal through specified communication (Meetings Dashboards)

Early warning notification & escalationdecision process

Ensure that timely andaccurate reporting and communication with internal &external stakeholders

Profile:

Overallindustry experience of 12 years. or more with Minimum 5 yearsexperience managing a project/solution in a business environment inDTV or OTT media industry

Track record ofsuccess Program delivery and continuous processesengineering/development improvements

Goodcommunication skills to build up strong relationship Negotiationskills decision maker

Solid experience in DTVtelecommunication and networking systems an advantage

Strong collaboration & communication skills withthe ability to inspire & influence stakeholders

Strong presentation skills with ability to communicatewith customers senior management and project teams

Qualifications:

B.E or M.S. in Engineering

ProjectManagement Professional qualification for example PRINCE or PMP
