TheEmbedded Firmware Internwill work on Embedded Linux Android andvarious embedded operating systems to write drivers which willsimplify the data acquisition problem across various machinescategories. The roles also demand fair understanding in dealingwith various microprocessor and controllers.Responsibilities: Develop designand implement embedded applications drivers for various machinetypes andprotocols. Designand Build testing cases and process forfirmware. Preparesappropriate documentation as required by internal productdevelopmentprocesses. Conductsand participates in design code and test reviews and inspections aswell as the feasibility efficacy and compliance to functional andregulatorystandards.Collaborates with distributed crossfunctional teams to ensureproducts meet quality performance scalability reliability andschedule goals.Conduct and participate in reviews and inspections for all elementsin the firmware lifecycle to ensure that our code quality andcustomer satisfaction goals areachieved.Qualifications: B.Tech / MTech(Computer Science Electronics and ElectricalStream) Expertisein firmware development or relatedfieldSkills: Adequateknowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for componentsability to understand the electrical schematics and work closelywith electricalteam. Basicknowledge of software life cycle algorithm and datastructure. Codingexperience in C C is a must where as Experience in Python and Rustis a plus Excellentknowledge of RTOS Embedded Linux or Android OS NetworkStack HandsonExperience in working with various GSM/GPRS/4G WiFi Ethernet modeof connections.Conceptual clarity on TCP MQTT HTTPprotocols HandsonExperience in interfaces Like UART SPI I2C CAN MODBUS TCP/IP USBBluetoothExperience in modules like WiFi BLE Lora WAN ZIGBEE RFetc. Should haveexperience in working with TFT and LEDdisplays. Extensiveexperience in microcontroller/microprocessor (like ESP32 ARM CortexM STM Chip Atmega chip setsetc.) Familiaritywith software configuration management tools debugging and peerreview tools(GITSVN) History ofdriving project execution and timely delivery while ensuring aquality focus.Experience writing / interfacing with devicedrivers. Experiencein Agile development processes andphilosophies.Strong documentation and communication skills to effectivelycollaborate with other members in theteam.
