  • Familiarity withdata integration and monitoring toolsis a plus.
  • Ability to work independently withstrong organizational and multitaskingskills.
KeyResponsibilities:ApplicationSupport andEnhancements:
  • Providedaily application support and necessary setup/configuration forCoupaincluding:
  • Useradministration
  • Rolemodifications
  • Troubleshootingand resolving software issues.
  • Act as the firstpoint of contact for endusers experiencing applicationrelatedproblems ensuring timely and effectiveresolution.
  • Work crossfunctionally to bridgebusiness needs and technical solutions ensuring seamlessintegration and optimalperformance.
IncidentManagement:
  • Field andaddress problem tickets from endusers diagnosing and resolvingapplication and software issues related to servers databases andother missioncritical systems.
  • Documentincidents and resolutions comprehensively to maintain a knowledgebase for futurereference.
Troubleshootingand IssueResolution:
  • MonitorCoupa application performance and proactively address any technicalissues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis andimplement preventive solutions to avoid recurringissues.
IntegrationMonitoring:
  • Overseedaily monitoring of data integrations across platforms identifyingand resolving integration issues.
  • Log intoOracle when necessary to crosscheck ortrigger integrations (training will be provided ifrequired).
SystemMaintenance andUpdates:
  • Coordinatewith IT teams to manage system updates patches and maintenancetasks.
  • Test and validate all updates beforedeployment to prevent servicedisruptions.
UserSupport andTraining:
  • Assist userswith application functionality and provide training asneeded.
  • Develop user guides and documentationto supportendusers.
ContinuousImprovement:
  • Stayupdated on new developments and best practices inCoupa and relatedtechnologies.
  • Proactively recommend andimplement improvements to enhance application performance and userexperience.
CrossTrainingand BackupSupport:
  • Collaboratewith team members to ensure comprehensive application supportcoverage.
  • Crosstrain in other support areas toprovide backup support whenneeded.
CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
  • Workclosely with various business units and technical teams to addresstheir unique needs.
  • Facilitate communicationand collaboration to ensure application support aligns with broaderbusinessobjectives.
OtherMiscellaneousTasks:
  • Occasionallyperform administrative tasks such as user creation or updates inother systems as needed. (Training and access will be provided ifrequired.)
