We areseeking a proactive and customerfocused Call Centre Executive tojoin our team at Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. As a CallCentre Executive you will be responsible for handling inbound andoutbound customer calls providing excellent service and ensuringcustomersatisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1.Handle customer inquiries: Respond to inbound customer callspromptly addressing their queries concerns and complaintsprofessionally andefficiently.

2.Provide product and service information: Familiarize yourself withYamahas wide range of products and services to accurately addresscustomer inquiries and offer suitablesolutions.

3.Order processing: Accurately record customer details orders andpayments ensuring data integrity while efficiently processingorders through oursystem.

4.Manage customer accounts: Update and maintain customer databasesensuring accurate and uptodate customer profiles for futurereference.

5.Upselling and crossselling: Identify and seize opportunities toupsell and crosssell Yamahas products and services based oncustomer needs andpreferences.

6.Complaint resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaintsand issues efficiently empathetically and in a timely manner aimingto achieve customer satisfaction andretention.

7.Escalation management: Escalate complex or unresolved customerissues to the appropriate department or supervisor to ensure promptand effectiveresolution.

8.Followup: Initiate followup calls to ensure that customer concernshave been addressed adequately and document outcomes for futurereference.

9.Maintain call centre etiquette: Adhere to call centre policies andprocedures maintaining professionalism confidentiality and apositive attitude while engaging withcustomers.

10.Performance metrics: Achieve performance targets in call qualitycustomer satisfaction and productivity ensuring adherence toYamahas standards andbenchmarks.

  • ExcellentCommunicationSkills

  • 35years of experience
