Architectural Design: Develop and maintain architectural solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, business leaders, and technical teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers. Provide guidance on best practices, design patterns, and technology choices.
Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, from initial design through implementation and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technology Strategy: Contribute to the development of the technology strategy and roadmap. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that solutions are cutting-edge.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to technology solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and adhere to organizational guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex technology solutions.
Architectural Frameworks: Experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF Certification) are a plus.
