We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Handle end to end L1 and L2 support for Pega CDH which includes batch monitoring, incident management, problem management and responding to upstream/downstream queries. Support incidents and problems with proactive actions to avoid escalations and thereby meeting application service level agreements. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, potential risks and increased efficiencies as part of batch optimization. Act as the primary point of contact for all Pega Platform application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure the quality of Pega Platform applications, conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. Analyze and support of batch application in Pega cloud and on-premise environments. Use DevOps tools and techniques to reduce toil and build self-healing solutions. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

At least 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of hands-on experience on Pega Marketing applications. Should have very good hands-on experience in PEGA integration rules like REST, SOAP, JMS, etc. Extensive knowledge of PEGA PRPC architecture. Certification as Certified Senior system architect is a must. LSA Certification Preferred. Should be able to write complex SQL queries. Knowledge on Appdynamics, Shell scripting, DataStage, GCP, R and Python is an added advantage.
