Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Plasma Technologist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Plasma Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plasma-based technologies for various applications. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in plasma technology or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of plasma physics and its applications
  • Experience with plasma gasification, cold plasma, and plasma in electrolysis
  • Proficiency in using plasma-related equipment and tools
  • Knowledge of waste-to-energy conversion technologies, particularly plasma-based systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Research, develop, and implement plasma-based technologies for applications pertaining to cold plasma.
  • Design and conduct experiments to optimize plasma processes and improve performance for commercialization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plasma systems and equipment
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in plasma technology and incorporate them into our products
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
