We are seeking a fulltime BIMCoordinator with a minimum of 4 years of work experience for ourclient. He/She will be responsible for developing and maintainingBIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation whilecoordinating work information flows. To guarantee the efficiencyand effectiveness of the organization s digitized processes and beresponsible for verifying the correctness and consistency of theBIM model. Inaddition to knowing the software supporting the BIM Manager sactivities he must have an indepth competence in the BIM tools forverification collaboration and coordination of activities the useof data sharing environments (such as cloud platforms) tools forclash detection code checking and workflow management that allowfollowing any work process isfundamental.
ResponsibilitiesManage submissions and ensure proper QA/QCarchitecture Structure &MEP. Point ofcontact and BIM expert responsible for developing implementing andmanaging BIM.Execution Plan BIM strategies processes andstandard protocols areimplemented. Manageand plan Lookaheadplans. Weekly ModelReview and quality control by filling out the Weekly Revit ModelHealth Checklist .Inputs on space planning specifications requirements and scope ofwork for the disciplineteam. Advising theteam on bestpractices.Facilitate training documentation for basic and advancedcoordination.Assisting both internal and external team members in thedevelopment of construction documents and asbuilt document creationand maintenance.Work side by side with teams inhouse and external teams to completeBIM projects.Responsible for all deliverables as perschedule. Should befamiliar with all the disciplines mainly inArrds for his discipline/area of designworks.
QualificationsBachelors or Master s in Architecture / Civil from an accreditedcollege. 4 years ofexperience in the BIMIndustry. Highlevel of proficiency with REVITNavisworks.Excellent communication skills inEnglish. Passionatedetailoriented with a strong work ethic someone who meets deadlinesconsistently and can handle an extensive volume ofprojects. Knowledgeof other related software like Dynamo is an addedadvantage
