  • Asan Optometrist you will be responsible for providing comprehensiveeye care services to our patients including conducting eyeexaminations diagnosing and treating visual conditions prescribingcorrective lenses and educating patients about proper eyecare.


Requirements
  • Performcomprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eyehealth.
  • Diagnosevisual conditions such as myopia hyperopia astigmatism andpresbyopia.
  • Detectand diagnose eye diseases such as glaucoma cataracts maculardegeneration and diabeticretinopathy.
  • Prescribeeyeglasses contact lenses and other vision aids as needed tocorrect visionproblems.
  • Providetreatment for common eye conditions and diseases includingprescribing medications and recommending appropriatetherapies.
  • Monitorpatients eye health and vision changes over time adjustingtreatment plans asnecessary.
  • Educatepatients about proper eye care practices including the importanceof regular eye exams protective eyewear and maintaining overall eyehealth.
  • Collaboratewith other healthcare professionals such as ophthalmologists andprimary care physicians to coordinate patient care and referrals asneeded.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate patient records including examinationfindings diagnoses treatments andprescriptions.
  • Stayinformed about advancements in optometry practices technologies andtreatments through continuing education and professionaldevelopment.
