This role is for one of theWeekdaysclients
RolesandResponsibilities:
  • Designand develop sophisticated Web UI Microservices and API applicationsincorporating advanced framework API and system integrationknowledge.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews toensure adherence to coding standards best practices and designprinciples.
  • Investigate and debug issues acrossthe entire application stack from Web UI Microservices and APIs tobackend integrations.
  • Communicate technicalinsights and recommendations effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Break down user stories and featuresinto actionable tasks providing technical input for projectplanning estimation and sprintcommitments.
  • Write unit test cases to ensurecomprehensive test coverage.
  • Manage thedeployment of web applications across distribution platforms likeAWS and enterprise systems.
  • Document thecodebase project architecture design patterns and implementationdetails for easy team collaboration.
  • Overseecode repositories branches and pull requests ensuring codeintegrity and resolving conflicts.
  • Provideproduction support whennecessary.

MandatorySkills:
  • Stronghandson experience with Node.js React.js/Next.js TypeScriptJavaScript HTML CSS and Bootstrap.
  • Proficientin frameworks like Express.js and ORMbasedarchitectures.
  • Experience with databases suchas PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity withtools and technologies like VS Code Git Jenkins AWS Putty andPostman.
  • Cloud platform expertise in Amazon WebServices (S3 EC2 SQS etc.).
  • Proficiency withversion control systems like GIT/GitHub and Gitcommands/actions.
  • Experience with bug trackingand project management tools like JIRA.
  • Webdevelopment skills particularly in HTML andJavaScript.
  • Expertise in errorhandlingmiddlewares and integrating payment gateways inNode.js.
