- Supervisingand mentoring medical students andresidents.
- Contributing to the development ofclinical guidelines andprotocols.
- Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree.
- Board certification inOphthalmology.
- Valid state medical license andDEA registration.
- A minimum of 25 years ofclinical experience in Ophthalmology.
- Provenexpertise in performing eye surgeries and laserprocedures.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Strong clinical judgmentand problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to workeffectively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
- Proficiency in electronic medicalrecord (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to ongoingprofessional development and CMEactivities.
