We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Architect:

In this role, you will:

Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization. Be an advocate of data security principles and ensure appropriate security practices are embedded in any data strategy. Be an active contributor to how the bank evolves Data Governance practices and influence the adoption of data standards. Develop key performance measures for data integration and quality. Act as the recognised technical expert associated with the relevant domain/systems. Stay abreast of technology trends and advise Technology and the business about potential benefits/impacts. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Expertise in any RDBMS (preferably SQL and Oracle) Familiarity with data visualization tools (, Tableau, and R) Proven analytical skills including MS-Excel Problem-solving attitude A strong knowledge of horizontal data lineage from source to output. Excellent communication and presentational skills, confident and methodical approach, and able to work within a team environment. Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within HR Domain and knowledge of HR products SAP HR, Workday etc (desirable) Expertise and knowledge of following areas in Data Architecture like Data Platforms, Data Models, Data Tooling, Data Management and Governance, Trusted Sources, Usage and Flow, Analytics, Visualisation and Data Quality and Integrity.
