Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced English and SST Teacher for our Bangalore Rural location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant teaching experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating and influencing young minds, aligned with our commitment to delivering quality education.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of teaching experience in English and Social Science subjects.
  • Strong understanding of various educational curricula including CBSE, CISCE, and other relevant boards.
  • Excellent command over the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills for effective lesson planning and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in digital teaching tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional classroom management skills to foster a conducive learning environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons in English and Social Science subjects to secondary school students.
  • Create and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and exams, and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop an integrated curriculum that promotes holistic learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's academic performance and behavior.
  • Encourage and motivate students to explore and excel in their academic pursuits.
