This is a remoteposition.

SEOstrategy formulation tasked with the improvement of the businessssite visibility and raising the organic search rankings thecandidate will also be responsible for the creation implementationand analysis of SEO programs andcampaigns.


What You llDo

  • Scaling the organic traffic growthand brand visibility acrossbusinesses

  • Work in close collaboration with theproduct and technology team on SEO projects and build BRD (businessrequirement document) for new SEO initiatives for better visibilitythat shows businessimpact

  • Convince and work closely with theContent writers to ensure that they understand the importance ofSEO & SEM traffic and how to correctly implementopportunities for traffic acquisition andmeasurement.

  • Understand the business impact areasand priorities and streamline the SEO roadmapaccordingly

  • Doing regular site audits and sitecrawling to fix technicalissues

  • Keep abreast of industry trendscontemporary practices in SEO and Google algorithm updates.Understand the implications for our business and take action toquickly seize the opportunity and reducerisk.



Requirements

  • Provenexperience of 3 years inSEO

  • Experienceworking for a publisher/newsmedia.

  • Provenexperience in leading SEO & SEM strategy and projects tosuccessfully build audiences for globalscale products andservices.

  • Indepthtechnical understanding of web and mobile SEO challenges andsolutions.

  • Expertuser of Google Analytics and Google Web Master Tools and at leastone market. Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMRushSimilarweb Screaming Frog MOZ)

  • Backgroundwith strong HTML JavaScript & MS Excelskills.

  • Analyticalmindset with numericalaptitude

referred EducationQualification: B.Tech/BCA/BE and equivalent. Required Experience& Qualification: 2 to 3 years. Skills: Effective communicationskills including a solid understanding of English grammar andprofessional writing ability. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office /Google Doc, sheet (particularly Microsoft Word, Google sheet andDoc). Good understanding of SEO and content management systems.Ability to work with large data sets. An ability to effectivelymulti-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. Outstanding ability tothink creatively, and identify and resolve problems. Self-motivatedand enjoys working in a fast-paced and results-driven Stronganalytical skills and ability to understand, report and act ondata. Innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver.Communication to team on project development, timelines, andresults Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordinationwith elements and structure of websites and web pages Report to SEOTeam Leads with successes, progress and project completion. BasicKnowledge of HTML. Ability to work on CMS to publish the content onthe pages and fix the basic on page issues like Title, Description,Heading ( H1 to H6) , anchor text etc. The person should know howto do text formatting, table formatting and implementation ofsuperscripts and subscript in Google doc as well as in Microsoftword.
