About the role

As HR Trainee, you will embark on a 12-month comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for a role as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and experience in various HR domains and locations within the organization.

Your impact as HR Trainee:

You will support HRBPs in day-to-day tasks and operations, aiding with various HR activities, including (but not limited to) employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will participate in on-the-job training across different functions and India locations, gaining a holistic understanding of our HR practices and business operations. You will be exposed to the day-to-day activities of running an HR department in an organization such as: inductions, engagement activities, market research, HR policies and procedures, ad hoc queries from personnel, … You will engage in projects and initiatives that contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and solutions. In this role you will work on 3 different projects in 3 different verticals of HR. During your training period you will get an exposure to connect with Global HR Team members. You will develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, gaining insights into the diverse needs of different departments and teams.

Essential skills & competencies

We welcome:

Fresh MBA Graduates with up to 2 years of experience, with a specialization in Human Resources from a reputable institute. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. Initiative and drive to take the lead on projects and see them through to completion. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on achieving common goals. Effective presentation skills for clear communication of ideas. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools to support task completion. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
