Job Title: Incubation Manager

Experience & Qualification: Minimum 3 years of proven success in leading and managing business incubation programs.Graduate/post graduate in any discipline.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Incubation management & start up.
  • Exceptional Communication: Mastery of both written and verbal English & hindi
  • communication to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
  • Strategic Planning: Proficiency in developing comprehensive incubation strategies to nurture and scale startups from ideation to market entry.
  • Technological Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for data analysis and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Expertise in business opportunity Identification and guidance.

·         Strategic Partnerships:Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporations, universities, and government agencies to create collaborative opportunities that benefit startups.

  • Mentorship and Support: Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to startup founders, leveraging industry expertise to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the progress of incubated startups, utilizing key performance indicators to assess growth and impact.
  • Community Engagement: Organize workshops, networking events, and seminars to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive Remuneration: Salary ranging from INR 30,000 to 40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
