  • Lead and oversee thedaytoday operations of the branch including sales customer serviceand administrative functions

  • Manage and coach the branchteam to drive performance and uphold high professionalstandards
  • Ensure compliance with insuranceregulations company policies andprocedures
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers local communities and insurancepartners
  • Analyze market trends and competitionto identify opportunities for growth andimprovement
  • Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide feedback to staffmembers
  • Resolve escalated customer issues andcomplaints in a timely and satisfactorymanner
  • Monitor branch financials budgets andexpenses to optimize profitability
  • Collaboratewith the regional management team to align on goals andinitiatives
  • Participate in recruiting hiringand training new staff members
  • Organize andlead branch meetings to communicate updates best practices andtargets

Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Finance or relatedfield
  • 5 years of experience in the insuranceindustry with a focus on sales andmanagement
  • Proven track record of achieving andexceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge ofinsurance products regulations and marketdynamics
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to inspire and motivateothers
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal abilities with a customerfocusedmindset
  • Demonstrated experience in drivingbusiness growth and profitability
  • Soundunderstanding of financial principles and budgetmanagement
  • Ability to multitask prioritize andmake effective decisions in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Certification in insurance such asCII or CISR is a plus
  • Proficient in using MSOffice and other relevant software for businessoperations
