As a UI/UX Designer at SRV Media, you'll be at the forefront of creating innovative and award-worthy digital designs that captivate audiences and enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Design : Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of exceptional website and landing page designs. Infuse your extensive knowledge of User experience and User Interface into design decisions to maximize the emotional impact on users.

User-Centric Approach: Understand user behaviour and preferences through in-depth research and analysis Create designs that optimize user experience, engagement, and conversion rates Utilize analytics tools to gather data on user interactions, enabling evidence-based design decision Harness your deep understanding of emotions and aesthetics to create designs that evoke positive emotions and build lasting connections with users Employ colour psychology, typography, and visual hierarchy to influence user mood and perception.

Innovation and Creativity: Drive creativity and innovation in design concepts, pushing the boundaries of conventional design Regularly review and implement the latest design trends and technologies for clients. Think strategically to align design with business objectives, contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design into the overall marketing strategy.

High-Value Pitches: Participate in client pitch meetings, showcasing your deep understanding of UI/UX design. Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships by presenting your design concepts and explaining how they align with the client's goals and target audience Translate client feedback into actionable design improvements and recommendations

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field ( B.Des preferred)  
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies
