Job Overview


FLY Consulting Services is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an International Voice Process. This position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As an International Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound voice calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills


  • - 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process
  • - Knowledge of semi voice and inbound voice processes
  • - Excellent communication skills in English
  • - Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain quality
  • - Strong problem-solving skills

  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • - Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
  • - Proficient in MS Office applications
  • - Ability to work well in a team
