Summary
We are looking for an experienced RPA Architect with a strong background of 10 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with UI Path and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex automation solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving innovation in process automation across the organization.

The RPA Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and lead the RPA team to achieve business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UI Path and Power Automate to automate business processes.
Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
Develop high-level solution architecture, process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and RPA design documents.
Oversee the entire automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring code quality and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement best practices for RPA development.
Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for scalability and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies, trends, and industry standards, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop training materials and provide training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to maximize the value of RPA solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Total of 10 years of experience in RPA development and architecture, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using UI Path and Power Automate.
Proven experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions and managing complex automation projects.
Strong expertise in creating process flow diagrams, solution architecture, and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and RPA governance.
Experience in integrating RPA solutions with various enterprise systems, applications, and databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications in UI Path and Power Automate are highly desirable.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) and experience with other RPA tools is a plus.
