Triangulas HR is hiring for one of its client who is a leading global knowledge platform for health and wellness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.
• Support employees with HR-related matters such as leaves and compensation, resolving issues promptly.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Promote HR programs to foster an efficient, harmonious workplace.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Manage tasks related to performance management.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics like time to hire and turnover rates.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Maintain employee records electronically and in hard copy.
• Enhance job satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, new perks, benefits, and team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
RequirementsQualification & Experience:
• Master’s / bachelor’s degree in HR
• 3 to 4 Yrs of proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus.
