We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Cyber Security Technical Sales Lead & Go-to-Market Strategist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our Managed Cyber Security Services offerings to market success through strategic planning, technical expertise, and effective sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful service positioning and sales execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and market demands.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing services, ensuring market penetration and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements and incorporating feedback into product development and sales strategies.
  • Be an ambassador of Concentrix Cyber Security services by engaging in client executive presentations and participating in industry forum

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide technical insights and ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Sales Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and resources necessary for effective selling of our cyber security services and support them with technical solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral that highlights technical features and benefits.

Performance Analysis:

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular analysis to optimize strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
  • 10 years + of proven experience in technical sales leadership and go-to-market strategy development in the domain of Cyber Security
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
