Roles&Responsibilities:
  • Leadthe team in acquiring SME B2B businesses and driving adoption andscalability of ourproduct.
  • Developand implement strategies to attract and onboard SME B2Bclients.
  • Coachand mentor sales representatives to communicate product valueeffectively.
  • Collaboratewith marketing and product teams to enhance product offerings andsalesmaterials.
  • Monitorsales performance and provide regular feedback to optimizeresults.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with SME B2B clients ensuringcustomer satisfaction andretention.
  • Analyzemarket trends and competitor activities to identify opportunitiesforgrowth.
  • Prepareand present sales reports and forecasts to seniormanagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree required; MBApreferred.
  • Provenexperience in B2B sales particularly withSMEs.
  • Strongleadership and team managementskills.
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiationabilities.
  • Resultsorientedmindset with a focus on achievingtargets.
  • Familiaritywith CRM software and sales analyticstools.
  • Adaptabilityto a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment.


Proficiency in MEAN Stack. Strong knowledge of monitoring anddebugging tools such as New Relic, Kibana, Grafana, and others.Familiarity with AWS services. Solid experience with cloud-basedapplications and rollouts. Ability to translate businessrequirements into practical IT solutions. Excellent complexproblem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strongtroubleshooting and communication abilities. Hands-on experiencewith high-availability architecture. Experience working withdatabases like MySQL and MongoDB at scale with unmanaged hostedreplications.
