Key Responsibilities:


Bancassurance Partnership:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner banks to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation of bancassurance strategies to achieve business objectives.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Set and achieve sales targets through the bancassurance channel.
  • Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximise revenue.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve sales effectiveness.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurance channel.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-related activities.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 Years experience in in BFSI
  • Age - Max 38 Years
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
