Job Description

This Sr. Product Trainer role, reporting to the Director of Product Training, plays a crucial role in empowering our internal employees and customers. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, online, eLearning) to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to master our product functionalities and technical aspects. Additionally, you'll take the lead in developing comprehensive training curriculums and crafting clear, step-by-step product documentation, ensuring seamless user experience for both internal and external audiences.

We seek a passionate training professional with strong technical expertise (Cloud, Data, AI/Generative AI) who can transform complex functionalities into actionable knowledge for adult learners. Excellent communication and instructional design skills are a must.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Training & Documentation)

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for Epsilon products, applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design. Create engaging learning experiences (presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, etc.) tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences (clients and employees). Develop and produce learning videos to complement training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials accurately reflect product functionalities. Make significant contributions to product documentation by providing clear and concise coverage of product features. Validate training environments before conducting sessions. Simplify and explain complex technical concepts using demos, presentations, and learning videos. Manage multiple concurrent training development projects effectively. Manage time, resources, and scope of training projects to ensure successful completion. Actively participate in product meetings and collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs. Contribute to user communities by actively triaging and resolving user queries related to product knowledge.

Qualifications

Strong facilitation & presentation skills (in-person/remote), adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies. AWS, Azure or GCP, Data (SQL, ETL), AI/Generative AI/ LLMs, prompt engineering, Databricks, Notebooks, Python. Knowledge of code companions like GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer a plus. Excellent written & verbal communication, ability to work independently & collaboratively. Proficiency in scripting & storyboarding for training materials (eLearning, videos). Excellent problem-solving & time-management skills, ability to manage projects & prioritize effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical training design & development. 5+ years of experience in training design & delivery (classroom, online) and Curriculum development (including eLearning), Hands-on lab creation. 3+ years of experience with Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Generative AI, or related technical fields. 2+ years of experience creating learning materials. Experience contributing to product documentation (a plus).
