Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate withhiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop campusrecruiting plan

Build and maintainrelationships with Universities & Placement Officers to createa strong campus presence

Plan and executeoncampus drives referral drives off campus drives internshipsonboarding workshops and other engagement activities to promoteemployer branding

Coordinate and scheduleinterviews ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process forboth candidates and hiring teams

Provide apositive candidate experience by serving as a point of contact andguiding candidates throughout the recruitment & signatureonboarding process

Work on the HR recruitmentsystems and Application Tracking System for candidate trackingrequisition and offer management assessments and relatedrecruitment processes

Research on industrytrends best practices and innovative campus recruitmenttechniques

Knowledge on HRRecruitment systems ATS

Strong facilitationinterpersonal and communication skills.

Time management skills in meeting deadlinesscheduling interviews processing offers
