Between 4 to 7 years of experience in software development, focusing on the use of Java, at least 3 years of which should be high-volume back-end systems4+ years professional experience working on integrating with third party systems or SaaS platforms2+ years professional experience creating automated unit tests in Java2+ years professional experience working with databases coding procedures and functionsProficient with Jira, Confluence, and git toolsetProfessional experience with at least one Java framework (e.g. Spring, Spring Boot, etc.), and preferably experience on IBM WCS, DB2 databaseUnderstanding of software development life cycle methodologies (particularly Agile). Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum & Waterfall process environmentsWorking with teams comprised of onshore and offshore resourcesExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated experience successfully working in a dynamic, fast time to market and customer focused environment.Consistently exhibits a personal accountability to outcomes to all team members, peers, and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environmentAble to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaborate in Agile environmentExperience on ECommerce domain will be an added advantage.
