Overview:Wereseeking an experienced Pega Developer with a CLSA certification forone of our client. Youll leverage your 8 to 12 years of Pegadevelopment expertise to lead the design development andintegration of complex solutions. As a CLSA youll play a pivotalrole in ensuring highquality scalable Pega applications that meetour clients evolvingneeds.

Responsibilities:

  1. SolutionDesign: Lead the design and architecture of Pegaapplications translating business requirements into scalablesolutions.
  2. Development:Handson development of Pega applications including frameworks datamodels UI integrations and businesslogic.
  3. CLSALeadership: Provide technical leadership andmentorship to project teams ensuring adherence to Pega bestpractices.
  4. Governance andCompliance: Ensure compliance with Pega guardrailssecurity and scalability bestpractices.
  5. Integration:Design and implement integrations between Pega applications andexternal systems using Pega integrationcapabilities.
  6. Testing andQA: Develop and execute test plans ensuring thequality and reliability of Pegaapplications.
  7. Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for projectstakeholders and supportteams.
  8. ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated on the latest Pegatechnology trends and actively participate in knowledgesharing.

Qualifications:

  1. CLSACertification: Mandatory CLSA certification fromPegasystems with additional certifications like CSSA or CSA beingadvantageous.
  2. TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in Pega application developmentincluding PRPC Case Management Decisioning Robotics and other PegaPlatformcapabilities.
  3. Experience:8 to 12 years of handson experience in designing and developingPega applications with strong OOPunderstanding.
  4. Leadership:Demonstrated leadership skills ability to lead teams drivetechnical discussions and make architecturaldecisions.
  5. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability tocollaborate with stakeholders at alllevels.
  6. ProblemSolving:Strong analytical and problemsolving skills ability to troubleshootcomplex issues and propose effectivesolutions.
  7. TeamCollaboration: Proven ability to workcollaboratively in crossfunctional teams fostering innovation andcontinuousimprovement.

AdditionalRequirements:

  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology orrelated field.
  • Experience in Agilemethodologies and tools like Scrum Kanban and JIRA isdesirable.
  • Willingness to travel occasionallyto client sites asrequired.
