AbouttheJob:
Thisis an Accountsalesmanagerrole the person will be partof the Enterprise/SMB Segment for NorthRegion Direct Sales. This role will focuson driving adoption of Cloud withinEnterprise/SMBaccounts focusing on AWScloud consulting services. Role expects the team member to bebusiness savvy and should have the technical sales backgroundnecessary to help establishRapyderin the EnterpriseSegment.
Theperson will be responsible for identifying structuring and managingstrategic accounts and commercial deals with to drive businessgrowth for Rapyder. The person will work closely with leadership todevelop initiatives plan events and sales strategies along with thepartners to meet defined performance engagement and revenue growthobjectives.
Roles&Responsibilities:
- Driverevenue and market share in chosen top accounts inNorth
- Meetor exceed quarterly revenuetargets
- Developand execute comprehensive accountplans
- Ensurecustomersatisfaction
- Developlongterm strategic relationshipswithCXOsinkey accounts. Should be ableto conduct mass presentations conducting demos of AWS solutionsunderstanding and contributing to presales SOW/documentation. Avoiddependence on presales for first levelcalls.
- WorkwithISV/OEM /AWSBDMs to extend reach &drive adoption. Cadences with AWS teams and planning jointly withour principal OEM is a major weekly need of thisrole
- Managecontractnegotiations
- Consistentlyshare prospect feedback regarding our services or pricing toLeadership team and offer suggestions for additional services to beadded to ourportfolio.
- Workclosely with Marketing to ensure tohelplaunch account specific plansworkshops engagementprograms.
- Salesteams: enablement collateral coordinating presales effort LeadsProposals assistance in New customeracquisition
- Intime/ promptcollections
- MarketIntelligence Customer Principal Competition. Build account specificdatabases contacts through social media web research. Collectaccount buying behavior data and knowledge of thedomain/industry/govt policies/technologytrends.
RequirementsRequirements
- NeedExperienced Candidate whocomes from direct sales keyaccount management cloud computing background. NonIT sales or ITchannels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons withgovt/PSU sales experience can beconsidered.
- 510years exp in direct Cloud Services and Solutionssales.
- Proventrack record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterpriseaccounts through leading outbound prospectingteams.
- Musthave experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experiencein AWS Cloudservices.
- Responsiblefor creating and iterating the sales development processmethodology campaigns hiring profiles training andenablement
- LeadershipSkills: proven record ofbeing a team player speakingbinary precise concise choice ofwords and work in uncertainbusiness environment. Leadership is a behaviour and not a formalrole in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyder andimbibe the same in dailybehavior
- Excellentwritten and spoken English.Business communication isvital and we cannot conduct training onthis.
- Accuratenuanced direct and kindmessaging.
