PositionOverview:

Weare seeking an Application Engineer to join our dynamic team inBangalore. As an Application Engineer you will be responsible for arange of critical tasks related to the installation testingservicing and customer support for our IGBTbased Power converters.This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in acuttingedge industry and develop essential skills whilecontributing to our mission of ensuring power quality for ourclients.

MajorResponsibilities:

Installation&Testing

  • ConductPower Quality Studies to assess and improve the quality ofpower.

  • Supervisethe installation testing and commissioning of IGBTbased Powerconverters.

  • Performsystem studies and singleline diagramanalysis.

  • Preparecomprehensive study reports fordocumentation.

Servicing

  • Addresscustomer issues through periodic visits ensuring their satisfactionwith ourproducts.

  • Carryout Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain productperformance.

  • Promptlyrespond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high levelof servicequality.



Requirements

SkillsandExperiences:

  • Diplomain Electrical or Electrical &Electronics.

  • 0to 2 years of relevant workexperience.

  • Strongcommunication skills and the ability to interact effectively withcustomers.

  • Technicalexpertise in power electronics and power qualitysolutions.

  • Detailorientedand capable of preparing accurate studyreports.

  • Abilityto work both independently and as part of ateam.
