Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Operations to join our team at RankBloc Services. As an Assistant Manager Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our company. This includes ensuring smooth workflow, implementing efficient processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch results.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry
  • Strong knowledge of customer service operations
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Experience in inside sales and international BPO is a plus
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

  • Ensure smooth workflow and optimize productivity
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement

  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational team members
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
