• Work as offshore Program Manager for Vantage to OIPA Life Conversion
• Coordinate with customer Manager, all stakeholders for scheduling working sessions between customer and Cognizant teams
• Coordinate with all Cognizant Track leads and customer stakeholder for effective monitoring and tracking of program schedule.
• Provide overall Delivery Governance
• Status Tracking and Reporting
• Possess Strong project management skills, planning and executing complex projects
• Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle as a result of successfully handling several End-to-End Insurance Project
Work as offshore scrum master:
• Managing project scope and timelines
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting
• Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practice, and guidelines
• Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
• Support for Development, Testing and Implementation
