Salary:
Approximately ₹28,500 per month
- Fixed Allowance: ₹6,000 per month
- Total Monthly Earnings: Approximately ₹34,500 + Incentives
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility

- Handle customer queries through blended support channels.
- Assist US-based customers with product and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
