· Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or Sales Associate or similar role Ø
· Understanding of the retail sales process Ø
· Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Ø
· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Ø
· Basic math skills Ø
· Track record of achieving sales quotas Ø
· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ø
· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Ø
· Flexibility to work various shifts Roles and
responsibilities:
Ø ·Greet and direct customers Ø ·Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Ø
· Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Ø
· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Ø
· Cross-sell products Ø
· Stay up-to-date with new products/servicesP
Job Type
Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
