RFP Manager – eLearning | AI

Greensoft Systems is looking for an experienced RFP Manager / Technical Proposal Manager who can independently manage the complete RFP/RFI lifecycle and help convert business opportunities into successful projects. We are looking for someone who understands technology, can analyze complex client requirements, develop technical solutions, coordinate with engineering teams, and prepare compelling, competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and manage RFPs, RFIs, and IT service opportunities.
- Understand client requirements, scope, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
- Develop technical solution approaches in coordination with architects and development teams.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, implementation plans, and statements of work.
- Coordinate effort estimation, resource planning, timelines, and project pricing.
- Prepare compliance matrices, technical documentation, and proposal presentations.
- Participate in client discussions, discovery calls, and technical clarification meetings.
- Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decisions.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, compliant, and submitted on time. Domain Knowledge Experience or understanding of the following areas will be an advantage:
- IT Services & Software Development
- eLearning & Digital Learning Solutions
- LMS, SCORM, xAPI & Interactive Learning
- ePub & Digital Publishing
- Web & Mobile Application Development
- WCAG, ADA & Section 508 Accessibility
- AI, Generative AI & Automation Solutions Required Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in RFP Management, Bid Management, Technical Presales, or Proposal Management.
- Strong technical understanding of software development and IT services.
- Excellent technical writing and proposal preparation skills.
- Experience with international clients and enterprise proposals.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple proposals and deadlines. Who Should Apply?
