5–8 years We're looking for a Presales Tech Lead who can blend strong technical depth with client-facing confidence. If you love turning client requirements into winning solutions, this role is for you. 🔧 Key Skills
• Java, Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
• AI/ML concepts and solution design (GenAI, LLM integrations, automation)
• REST APIs, cloud platforms, and system design
• Excellent verbal and written communication 📋 Roles & Responsibilities
• Work with sales and business teams to understand client needs and propose technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
• Prepare solution architectures, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations
• Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Evaluate and recommend AI-driven approaches for client problems
• Guide and mentor the delivery team during project handover
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends ✅ What We're Looking For
• 5–8 years of experience in Java development, with exposure to presales or solution design
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (a must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams
