The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US IT and Non-IT recruiting, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment and coordinating with candidates, clients, and internal teams. This is a strictly onsite position from Day 1. Candidates must be willing to work from the office throughout their employment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and effectively translate
job description
s into appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting submission and closure targets.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and coordinate technical/HR interview rounds.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations professionally.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Recruiting Managers, clients, and candidates for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requirement information in ATS/CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure quality submissions by thoroughly validating candidate profiles before submission.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, market conditions, recruiting practices, and employment requirements. IT Recruitment Responsibilities The recruiter should have experience recruiting for positions such as:
