Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
• Perform data validation, profiling, and root cause analysis to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions. Data Governance
• Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with data quality, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish data lineage, metadata management, and data stewardship practices.
• Monitor and improve data quality metrics and remediation processes. SQL & Database Management
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Support ETL processes and ensure accurate data movement across systems. Data Modeling
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define data architecture and schema designs.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and integrity of data models.
• Maintain documentation for data models, data dictionaries, and standards. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and data engineering.
• Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
