About Us
At Sprouts Edu Tours, we specialise in educational travel and experiential learning, working with 150+ schools and facilitating journeys for over 25,000 students annually. We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Intern who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, payment reconciliation, expense verification, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Payment Tracking & Reconciliation: Monitor payments received from schools, track outstanding balances, verify payment modes (bank transfers, UPI, payment gateways, etc.), and maintain accurate collection records.
• Expense Verification: Review and cross-check hotel, transportation, and other tour-related invoices against agreed quotations and actual services.
• Tour-Wise Financial Tracking: Maintain records of revenue, expenses, and payments for individual school tours.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare expense statements, reconciliation reports, and tour-wise financial summaries for management review.
• Bill & Document Verification: Ensure invoices, receipts, vendor payments, and supporting financial documents are properly recorded and organised.
• Accounts Coordination: Work closely with our Senior Accounts Executive to verify transactions, identify discrepancies, and support day-to-day accounting operations. Who Can Apply?
• Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.
Com, BBA (Finance), M.
Com, MBA (Finance), CA Intermediate, or related qualifications.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
