HCL Tech, ETA 3 Block – Techno Park, SEZ, 33 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Navallur, Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 603103 Contact Person: Devadharani Time: 11AM TO 2PM Role Summary: Support Life & Pension operations by processing policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within SLA/KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Process Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.
• Review and update policy information accurately.
• Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.
• Manage transactions using workflow systems.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Experience
• Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations, corporate pensions
• Exposure to UK/European clients or processes is an advantage. Key Competencies
