Role Description The Travel Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for planning and managing comprehensive travel solutions for clients and international partners. Day-to-day tasks include handling travel inquiries, preparing itineraries, arranging transportation and accommodations, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences. The role involves advising clients on suitable travel options, managing business travel requests, and updating bookings in line with policies and budgets. The Travel Expert will also provide ongoing customer support, resolve travel-related issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Job Description
-
• To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking.
• Processing hotel booking.
• Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
• Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
• Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
• Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
• Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news. Company Website:
