Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a ZOHO Developer focused on Edtech/Education solutions, based in Delhi. The ZOHO Developer will design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and related tools. Daily responsibilities include customizing modules, building automation scripts, integrating Zoho with other platforms, and optimizing data flows to support admissions, counseling, learner management, and academic operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, testing and deploying features, and providing ongoing technical support and system enhancements. The developer will also help improve reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making in the education and training domain. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Zoho ecosystem skills, including Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, Zoho Flow/Deluge scripting, and workflow automation.
• Candidates should possess application development and integration skills, such as API integration, REST-based services, third-party tool integration, and data migration between systems.
• Candidates should possess database and reporting skills, including data modeling, SQL basics, dashboard creation, and building custom reports for business stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess software engineering fundamentals, including requirement analysis, version control, testing and debugging, and documentation of configurations and code.
• Candidates should possess business and domain skills relevant to Edtech/Education operations, including CRM for admissions, learner lifecycle management, and basic understanding of academic workflows.
• Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Zoho or CRM platforms are an added advantage. Interested candidates can share their resume on: Surbhi.
