• Identify and qualify potential customers
• Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels
• Understand customer business requirements
• Follow up with prospects and support conversions 🔹 Product Demo & Walkthrough
• Conduct demos of Capnis SaaS products
• Present websites, mobile apps and software solutions
• Explain product features and business benefits
• Conduct online product walkthroughs 🔹 Business Analysis
• Understand customer requirements
• Prepare requirement documents and SRS
• Convert business requirements into software features
• Prepare proposals, quotations and project plans 🔹 Project Coordination
• Coordinate with development teams
• Track project tasks and deadlines
• Communicate project updates to customers
• Coordinate testing, feedback and delivery 🔹 AI-Assisted Development
• Use AI coding tools to build and modify applications
• Assist in website, web application and mobile application development
• Debug and troubleshoot applications
• Learn modern development tools and technologies 🔹 Marketing & Growth
• Support SEO and digital marketing activities
• Create content using AI tools
• Support WhatsApp, email and social media campaigns
