Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute data validation and reconciliation using Tricentis Tosca DI
• Build reusable DI test suites for source-to-target verification
• Test data migration and conversion programs end to end, including pre-load, post-load, and cutover validation
• Validate ETL pipelines and data warehouse loads for completeness, accuracy, and transformation logic
• Write and optimize SQL queries to verify data, trace defects, and analyze discrepancies
• Apply enterprise data testing frameworks and standards across projects
• Log, track, and report data quality defects with root cause analysis
• Work with data engineers, business analysts, and functional teams to define validation rules and acceptance criteria
• Produce reconciliation reports and sign-off artifacts for stakeholders
• Must-Have Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Data Integrity (DI)
• Deep expertise in data validation, reconciliation, and QA testing
• Proven experience in data migration and conversion testing
• ETL testing and data warehouse validation
• Advanced SQL for query analysis and data verification
• Solid understanding of enterprise data testing frameworks
• Good-to-Have Skills
• Tosca certifications (AS1/AS2 or DI specific)
• Exposure to SAP data migration testing (S/4HANA, LTMC, SAP BODS)
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Oracle, or SQL Server
• CI/CD integration of data tests
• Domain exposure in manufacturing, life sciences, or BFSI Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent 5+ years in data testing, with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated to Tosca DI Engagement Details
