- West Bengaluru. Role: Apprentice Pharmacist (Pharmacist Trainee, Apprenticeship) Team: B&M Retail Operations Apprenticeship Duration: 1 year Work Schedule: 6 days per week | Rotational shifts | 9 hours per day Roles and
Responsibilities:
• Dispense medicines accurately against prescriptions from registered medical practitioners, in line with pharmacy standards and regulations
• Manage inventory and stock levels to keep products available
• Assist customers promptly and professionally
• Support day-to-day store operations and pharmacy processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely availability of products
• Maintain documentation and follow operational and quality standards Who can apply:
• Pursuing or completed D.
Pharm or B.
Pharm from a recognised institution
• Strong customer service orientation and good communication skills
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, dispensing and inventory management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
