Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient solutions that meet client requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and design.
• Familiarity with web technologies, digital marketing concepts, and user experience best practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager environments for performance and scalability. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
